Results of the OPEN STAGE recruitment process

On January 13, 2026, the Selection Committee for the SCENA OTWARTA open call reviewed 112 submitted applications.

The aim of the call was to make the Pavilion's space and resources available—along with technical, production, and promotional support—for projects in the fields of dance, choreography, and performing arts. The call was addressed to local creative communities as well as organizations and groups operating in this area.

Based on a formal and substantive evaluation, the Commission selected the following projects for presentation at the Pavilion:

Body in Space – a site-specific performance exploring the relationship between the body and architecture.

Iwona Wojnicka with the Warsaw Dance Museum
Exercises from memory – an artistic and research project combining choreographic practice with reflection on archives and history.

Reasons for selection

In selecting the projects, the Committee was guided by the desire to supplement the Pavilion's program with diverse forms of dance and performance, as well as by the verification of the suitability of the submissions to the technical capabilities of the Pavilion. The selected proposals represent different aesthetics, working methods, and artistic perspectives, promote the exchange of experiences, and expand the Pavilion's offer with activities that respond to the diverse needs of the Warsaw audience.
