Facility Rules and Regulations A pavilion for dance and other performing arts, located in Warsaw at 22 Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie Street These Rules and Regulations set forth the terms of use for the Dance and Performing Arts Pavilion, located in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Pavilion”), located at 22 Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie Street. The purpose of these regulations is to ensure safety and efficient service for spectators and persons present at the Pavilion facility (hereinafter: “the facility”).
General Provisions
1.1. All persons on the premises are required to strictly comply with these rules and regulations. 1.2. The rules of conduct set forth in these regulations apply throughout the entire premises, i.e., the building, including the parking lot and the terrace (?) adjacent to the building. 1.3. Anyone who fails to comply with these rules and regulations or who disregards the instructions of Pavilion staff, security personnel, or information desk staff will be removed from the premises or handed over to the police. In the event of any disputes not covered by these rules and regulations, the Pavilion shall make the final decision. 1.4. Entry onto the premises (in particular into the Pavilion building) automatically constitutes full acceptance of these rules and regulations.
Rules for entering the facility and for conduct within the facility
2.1. Access to the building (excluding the publicly accessible foyer and the lobby with the ticket office) is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket, pass, or invitation. 2.2. Persons under the age of 13 may only be present on the Pavilion premises or participate in events organized by the Pavilion if accompanied by an adult. Liability for any injury to a minor or damage to the minor’s property shall be borne by the minor’s legal guardian, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise. 2.3. Tickets/admission passes/invitations are subject to inspection upon entering the Pavilion building. Upon admission to the auditorium, tickets/admission passes/invitations will be validated by the auditorium staff. Tickets may be checked several times during the event. Only persons designated by the Pavilion (audience service staff) are authorized to check tickets. The person checking the ticket may request to see a document entitling the holder to a discount. 2.4. Persons who do not have a valid ticket, pass, or invitation, or who do not meet the requirements or violate the rules set forth in Section 2.6, are not permitted to enter the building (with the exception of the publicly accessible foyer and the lobby with the ticket office). 2.5. All persons on the premises are required to strictly comply with any announcements and instructions issued by Pavilion staff. 2.6. All persons present on the premises are required to behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of others. 2.7. If a fire or other emergency is detected, people in the building should: immediately notify security personnel, use fire extinguishers, avoid panic, follow the instructions of security personnel, and proceed to the emergency exits marked on the floor plans. 2.8. During events organized at the venue by the Pavilion, the following are prohibited:
recording any video or audio without the Pavilion’s consent, particularly during events held on the premises, subject to the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Copyright and Related Rights,
the use of cell phones in the venue's auditorium,
loud behavior that disrupts participation in events organized by the Pavilion on the premises
bringing food and beverages into the auditorium and consuming them,
bringing weapons or other items that could pose a direct threat to the safety of people on the premises into the facility,
entering the premises while under the influence of alcohol,
drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco anywhere on the premises, except in areas specifically designated by the Pavilion,
bringing in alcohol, narcotics, and psychoactive substances; hard objects; firecrackers, fireworks, and other pyrotechnic devices; and items that could be used as weapons in dangerous acts of aggression,
wearing “balaclavas” or other face coverings intended to conceal one’s identity in order to prevent identification by Pavilion staff, security and information personnel, and police officers,
bringing in and using weapons, flammable, corrosive, foul-smelling, or staining substances,
entering restricted areas by Pavilion employees,
using vulgar language to humiliate employees or visitors to the Pavilion, or causing disturbances through the use of physical force,
relieving oneself outside of restrooms and littering the premises.
2.9. The Pavilion shall not be liable for any items, including, in particular, valuables and documents, lost on the Pavilion’s premises or stolen. 3. Final Provisions 3.1. Changes to the rules and regulations are made by the Pavilion. 3.2. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 7, 2026.

Personal data may be disclosed only to entities through which the Seller fulfills the order (courier companies), to the extent necessary for that purpose. The collected data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of the Museum, including, among others, entities that operate IT systems related to the operation of the Store and the preparation of financial reports—provided that such entities process the data under a contract with the Seller and strictly in accordance with the Seller’s instructions. Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contract and for a period following its termination for the following purposes: pursuing claims related to the performance of the contract, fulfilling legal obligations, including in particular tax and accounting obligations, preventing abuse and fraud, and archiving, for a maximum period of 7 years from the date of termination of the contract, unless separate regulations require us to act otherwise. Every individual has the right to: access their data and receive a copy of it, request that it be corrected, or request that its processing be restricted. Every individual also has the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive their personal data from the Seller in a commonly used electronic format, which can be transmitted to another data controller as needed.
