Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 4, 2019: On the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, implementing the provisions of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Accessibility Request Procedure
Everyone has the right to:
  • require that a website, mobile app, or a component thereof be made accessible,
  • request that information be provided through an alternative means of access (e.g., by having the document read aloud).
The request should include:

  • specifying a page or element,
  • preferred method of contact,
  • if alternative information is requested – a proposal for how it should be provided.

The public entity should comply with the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of occurrence. If this is not possible, the authority shall inform the applicant of the reasons and set a new deadline (not exceeding 2 months). If accessibility cannot be ensured, an alternative means of access may be proposed.

If a request is denied or an alternative means of access is not provided, the requester may file a complaint regarding the failure to ensure digital accessibility.
