female students of employee colleges
social services;
pensioners
social security, persons with disabilities, war veterans;
cultural activist, honorary badge
"Distinguished Service to Polish Culture" or awarded the honorary title "Distinguished Service to National Culture";

- teachers in schools and educational institutions,
- reformatories and shelters for minors;
- individuals who have been awarded
- the "For the Protection of Historical Monuments" badge,
cultural activist, honorary badge
"Distinguished Service to Polish Culture" or awarded the honorary title "Distinguished Service to National Culture";
- all other persons referred to in Article 10(3a) of the Act of 21
(Journal of Laws of 2019, item 917).
