Tickets

Ticket prices and eligibility for discounts are specified in the Pavilion’s price list, available at https://pawilontanca.pl/bilety.
Ticket prices are listed in Polish zlotys and include VAT.
The system allows you to purchase selected tickets from the Pavilion's price list.
The ticket's expiration date is printed on the ticket.
The ticket may be presented in paper form or on a mobile device.
To use your ticket, present it to a Pavilion staff member at the entrance to the event for which the ticket was purchased.
Visitors who have purchased discounted tickets must present the documents entitling them to the discount to Pavilion staff on the day of their visit, along with their tickets.
Discounted tickets presented without documentation proving eligibility for the discount will not be accepted and are non-refundable. In such cases, depending on the Buyer’s decision, the Pavilion reserves the right to deny the Buyer admission to the event or to charge an additional fee up to the price of a regular ticket.
Due to health and safety regulations, the Pavilion reserves the right to set limits on the number of visitors allowed in the Pavilion during specific time periods and to sell tickets in hourly time slots. Buyers should arrive at the Pavilion on time, in accordance with the start time of their assigned time slot.
A purchased ticket grants one-time admission to the event it covers.

§4
Buy a ticket

To purchase a ticket, you must place an order by completing the following steps on the subsequent pages of the System:
selection of the event, type, and number of tickets;
correctly filling out the required fields on the Order Form or creating a User Account;
verifying the accuracy of the entered data and order details;
submission of a statement of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions;
placing an order by clicking the "PAY" button;
Proceed to the payment page.

The buyer who placed the order will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.
The Pavilion reserves the right to set a limit on the number of tickets available for individual Events and per order, if required by the nature of the Event and the limited number of available tickets.
For custom events tailored to specific groups, you may place an order without paying for it immediately. In this case, the Buyer is required to pay for the order no later than 7 days before the event date.
An order confirmation should be sent to the Buyer’s email address immediately after the order is placed. If this does not happen, the Buyer should check their SPAM folder. If the email does not arrive, the Buyer should contact Pawilon at kontakt@pawilontanca.pl.
Failure to pay for an order by the due date will result in its automatic cancellation. If an order is canceled, a cancellation notice will be automatically sent to the Buyer at the email address they provided.
The buyer makes payment for the order via the payment page, which is an external site independent of Pawilon.
Payment for a single order should be made in a single transaction.
The Pavilion shall not be liable for any consequences arising from malfunctions at the bank designated by the Buyer during the payment process.
The Pavilion issues invoices at the Buyer’s request, provided the Buyer indicates this need by selecting the “I want to receive a VAT invoice” option when placing the order and provides the complete and accurate information necessary for issuing the invoice. Invoices are issued after payment has been made.
By selecting the option “I would like to receive a VAT invoice,” the Buyer agrees to have the invoice sent electronically to the email address provided. This consent does not preclude Pawilon’s right to issue and send a paper invoice.
The Pavilion shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the Buyer providing false or incorrect information necessary for issuing a VAT invoice.
The order is processed after we receive payment confirmation from the PayU system.
Confirmation of payment and order fulfillment will be provided via an automatically generated email from the System—an email containing the purchased Tickets saved as a PDF file will be sent to the address provided by the Buyer.
If, after completing the transaction, the Buyer does not receive a purchase confirmation or tickets due to an error in the email address provided, duplicate tickets can only be obtained by presenting or sending proof of payment.
The Buyer is responsible for any data transfer costs incurred when downloading emails, in accordance with their carrier’s rates.
The Pavilion shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the Buyer disclosing order information to third parties. If the Buyer shares the Ticket with a third party, there is a risk that such third party may use the Ticket. In such cases, the Pavilion will honor the Ticket of the person who presents it first.
The Pavilion is not liable for the deletion or failure to retrieve notifications received by the Buyer.

 §5

If the complaint is upheld, the Customer is entitled to a replacement ticket or a refund of the amount paid. The refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account specified by the Buyer.
