Classes January/February
Neoclassical and contemporary ballet classes for an open group

EDUCATIONAL TUESDAYS
Neoclassical and contemporary ballet represent a fusion of tradition and modernity. Both styles intertwine, creating a new, vibrant form of movement where classical and contemporary elements coexist in harmony.

Drawing from two distinct techniques, we combine their most valuable aspects — the naturalness and freedom of expression found in contemporary dance with the precision and elegance of classical ballet. This combination develops body awareness, teaches mindfulness, and helps find balance between physicality and emotions.
During the classes, we focus on understanding movement — its dynamics, quality, source, and placement in space. This allows us to better understand our bodies, their capabilities, and how they can tell stories through dance.

This is a space for anyone who wants to grow, discover new forms of movement, and push their own boundaries. Together, we seek authenticity in movement and learn how to fully express our potential on and off stage.
