Contemporary dance classes are an invitation to explore the body through careful observation and curiosity. Participants discover the potential of movement, learning different ways of expressing themselves in response to the possibilities of the body and emotions.
Technique plays a key role here, giving movement structure and clarity. We draw inspiration from ballet routines combined with the freedom of contemporary dance, which allows us to combine precision with expression. Each class ends with choreography in which awareness meets art, and movement becomes a form of authentic expression.
