The classes provide an accessible and structured introduction to the world of classical technique, supporting the development of coordination, mobility, and free expression of movement. The lesson has a clear, supportive structure: barre work builds stability and precision; exercises in the center develop balance, spatial awareness, and fluidity; and small and large allegro exercises introduce lightness and dynamism.
Special attention is given to the fundamental principles of classical ballet, including proper posture, body alignment, and basic positions. Another key element is the development of fluidity and coordination through harmonious arm work (port de bras) and a focus on the quality of movement. The classes strengthen stability and confidence in turns, including work on open-level pirouettes, and cultivate musicality through choreographic combinations tailored to the participants’ abilities and energy levels.
Please note! On May 19, the class will be held at the Mazovian Institute of Culture, 12 Elektoralna St. – Ballet Hall, 1st floor.
