Poranne rozgrzewki skierowane do profesjonalnych tancerzy i tancerek, którzy potrzebują precyzyjnego oraz świadomego przygotowania ciała do pracy artystycznej. Zajęcia opierają się na klasycznym schemacie lekcji tańca klasycznego, zapewniając uporządkowaną i kompleksową strukturę treningu.
Program obejmuje pracę przy drążku, kombinacje na środku sali oraz małe i duże allegro, rozwijające siłę, koordynację, dynamikę i kontrolę ruchu. Stopień trudności kombinacji dostosowany jest do poziomu zaawansowania uczestników i uczestniczek.
Uwaga!
