Micro-movements
The artists behind the performance “Microworlds” invite children and adults to join in the fun with the techniques they use in the show. This is a unique opportunity to experience theatrical tools firsthand.

During the family workshop, children and their caregivers will discover that the body is capable of performing an infinite number of micro-movements. They will explore subtle gestures and small spaces within their bodies, developing mindfulness and curiosity toward what usually goes unnoticed.

Using natural objects—moss, snail shells, and stones—participants will spark their imagination and discover the magic of micro-movements. How do you balance a stone on your nose? Can you hide a shell under your arm? The workshop combines movement, play, and creativity, allowing the whole family to discover the small worlds around us together.
