Our Silence is a weekend workshop-retreat devoted to exploring strategies for rest, regeneration, and restoration of overworked bodies. The classes are based on experiential anatomy, somatic practices, and relaxation techniques, with particular emphasis on the embodiment of the nervous system and closing the stress response cycle through movement, touch, and sound.
During the workshop, participants will learn about various methods that can be used in everyday life, and will reflect on rest as a strategy of resistance to the pressure of excessive productivity in the capitalist world.
Please note! The ticket is valid for two days of workshops.
Duration: 420 minutes
