Flamenco Flow is a series of classes introducing participants to the world of flamenco—its rhythm, movement, and expression. Each session focuses on a different aspect of this dance tradition. You can attend individual classes or participate in the entire series, which forms a cohesive program and allows you to gradually develop your skills.

Rhythm is a key element of the practice. Participants learn the basics of compás —the characteristic rhythmic structure of flamenco—and how to feel the rhythm and express it using their bodies as instruments. They practice simple movement sequences, elements of body percussion, and working with tempo, while discovering their own rhythm and the possibilities of group interaction.
Expression also plays an important role. Through movement, gesture, and energy, participants learn to express emotions, discover the basics of braceo —the characteristic use of the arms and hands—and develop an awareness of building and releasing energy in dance.

The classes also support the development of coordination, teaching participants to harmoniously combine the movements of the legs, torso, and arms, and to emphasize the rhythm with their feet. They begin with simple exercises and gradually lead to more complex forms, which ultimately come together into a short choreography.

Dancer, choreographer, performer. A graduate of Art History at the University of Warsaw and a course in Dance and Movement Therapy; for twenty years, she has been a flamenco dance instructor at, among other places, Studio Flamenco in Warsaw. She has participated in numerous flamenco dance courses in Poland and abroad. She is constantly seeking new forms of expression through dance.
She is the creator of the performance “Venus. Read My Dance,” which explores the themes of the poetry of movement and femininity; the piece has been staged at events such as the HIGH Fest International Performing Arts Festival in Yerevan and Contemporary Venice in Venice, as well as the performance “WINNA,” presented at venues including Galeria 81̊.

Her video art piece “Materia Ożywiona” won an award in the Wacław Szpakowski competition at Nowy Pafawag and has been featured in group exhibitions.
She performs regularly with the group Madrugada Sombra, with whom she recorded the album “Sombra.” She has performed at numerous festivals in Poland and abroad, and took part in the “Desegregation” project in collaboration with artists from Iran, Austria, and Korea. She collaborates with the ArtBALE Association as part of the “In the Circle of Dance” project, which is aimed at children and youth with intellectual disabilities.
