"Get Moving" – Family Workshops with Monika Szpunar
DANCING FAMILIES
"MOVE THE STILL " is a family workshop where we explore the possibilities of dancing, moving, and creating choreography, focusing on everyday objects. The sessions are based primarily on improvisation and experimentation with movement.

Through sensory experiences and close interaction with selected objects, participants develop their kinesthetic and spatial imagination. They are also invited to explore the space around them and the objects within it from various new perspectives. The workshop activities, most often carried out
in parent-child pairs, create an opportunity for them to come together in an unusual activity full of fun but also of mindfulness toward one another.

Duration: 60 minutes

, an event for families with children ages 3–6
Program Operator: Performat Foundation
Content Advisor: Hanna Bylka-Kanecka
Creative Producer: Monika Wycisk
